Agreement
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Westerby Labs LLC (“we,” “us”) about the Spin4 iOS app and this website. By using Spin4, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
Your license to Spin4
We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Spin4 on Apple devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the applicable App Store terms. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Family decisions
Spin4 is a playful random-choice tool. A parent or other responsible adult should decide which choices are appropriate before handing over the device. Do not use Spin4 for medical, legal, financial, emergency, safety-critical, or other high-stakes decisions. Spin4 does not guarantee that a choice is suitable for your circumstances.
Purchases and refunds
Spin4 offers an optional Lifetime Unlock as a one-time, non-consumable Apple In-App Purchase. It is not a subscription, does not renew, and has no free trial. After one successfully completed free spin, the unlock permits unlimited spins on every family wheel; it does not add an account, cloud feature, or recurring content. Apple shows the applicable storefront price before confirmation, processes payment and refunds, and determines Family Sharing eligibility. RevenueCat validates the Apple transaction and restores the entitlement. Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account that bought the unlock; restoring does not create a new charge.
Acceptable use and ownership
Use Spin4 lawfully and as intended. Do not interfere with the app or website, attempt unauthorized access, or copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or exploit them except where applicable law expressly permits it. Spin4’s software, name, interface, artwork, and website are owned by Westerby Labs LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.
Availability, disclaimers, and liability
Spin4 is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Westerby Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising from use of Spin4. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and applicable law
We may update Spin4 and these terms. When we make a material change, we will update the date above and provide any notice required by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, while preserving any consumer rights and forums that cannot legally be limited where you live.
